Founder of Baroudeur Cycling, a travel agency specializing in road and gravel cycling trips for individuals in France and Europe.
With an 11-year career in professional cycling at the highest level, I have competed in all the World Tour races on the calendar, including four Tour de France appearances, a stage victory at Paris-Nice, and countless other iconic races like the Vuelta and Paris-Roubaix.
A specialist in long escapes, I’ve developed a deep passion for both cycling and travel, and what I love most is sharing that passion with others.
It is with this spirit of adventure and connection that I founded Baroudeur Cycling and co-founded Aspiration.

Passionate about cycling and a lover of Portugal, Théo is our local guide in the Algarve. Drawing on his experience as a high-level cyclist, he brings his expertise to creating unique experiences that blend adventure, discovery, and comfort. His passion for Portugal and deep knowledge of the region make him an exceptional guide, always ready to show you the most beautiful routes and hidden gems of the Algarve.
